Kalaidos Fachhochschule Hochschultag 2019 Panel Discussion

Last week the Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences Switzerland held it's annual celebration and award ceremony. I was flattered to receive an award for the publication of my book "Lifelong Employability: Thriving in an Ageing Society".

It was a privilege to be on stage for the panel discussion with Hausherr Fischer Astrid, Noemi Nagy, PhD and Andreas Breitenmoser talking about my research into Lifelong Employability and the practical implications in the workplace.

The feedback during the apéro that followed was amazing. I'm very grateful for the great conversations and encouraged by all the interest. There's a long way to go before Employability is something that employers take as seriously as topics like Diversity and Inclusion - but I'm confident that by raising awareness and providing pragmatic solutions we can make a difference - one workplace at a time.
